What I liked:
Môi trường phát triển, up salary thường xuyên 1 năm 2 lần, nhiều chế độ đãi ngộ như du lịch, khám sức khoẻ, teambuilding, chế độ chị em phụ nữ, StockOption...Mọi người đều hoà đồng thân thiện, không phân biệt người mới hay cũ và luôn giúp đỡ lẫn nhau.
Chế độ OT rõ ràng, nhưng môi trường công ty rất ít khi phải OT, và mình chưa từng OT bao giờ nha
Suggestions for improvement:
Thêm nhiều lớp học đào tạo hơn nữa. Để nhân viên mới hoặc nhân viên cũ đều có thể tham gia học hỏi, phát triển.
