Reviews on our platform provide valuable perspectives that help IT professionals make informed career decisions, while also giving companies an opportunity to understand and enhance their work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We welcome honest and respectful contributions based on real experiences, whether positive, negative, or a mix of both. These guidelines exist to ensure that every review maintains fairness, usefulness, and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-be-an-insider-and-keep-it-real\">1. <strong>Be an insider and keep it real<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We approve reviews that offer insights that can only come from an employee who&#8217;s been there. Please only submit one company review per employer where you worked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-every-place-has-pro-and-con\">2. <strong>Every place has pro and con<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe there&#8217;s something positive about every workplace and there\u2019s always room to improve. So, we invite you to think about work from a few perspectives and include both a pro and a con to provide a balanced review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-anonymous\">3. <strong>Anonymous<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe each reviewer has the right to speak openly and honestly without fear of reprisal, so every review captured is displayed anonymously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-stay-professional-and-be-an-intellectual-ex-employee\">4. Stay professional and be an intellectual (ex)employee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand that sharing your work experience \u2014 especially if it was difficult \u2014 can be emotional. However, we expect all reviews to maintain a respectful and professional tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not approve reviews that contain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Overly generic content \u2013 e.g., \u201cGood company,\u201d \u201cI love it,\u201d with no details on pros and cons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profanity, threats, or references to violence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal attacks or content that is sexual, discriminatory, aggressive, or hateful speech<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific legal accusations or threats of harm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A review that clearly contradicts its rating (e.g. a 1-star review with entirely positive comments, or vice versa), or shows inconsistency between the overall rating and the detailed ratings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repetitive or copied content from other reviews<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confusion between the company you are reviewing and another company (e.g. mismatched names)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 You are welcome to discuss real workplace concerns \u2014 but please do so calmly, constructively, and without personal or inflammatory language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-help-the-vietnamese-it-community\">5. Help the Vietnamese IT community<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your review is meant to support other IT professionals in discovering great workplaces in Vietnam. To keep reviews helpful and relevant, please focus only on your actual work experience with the specific company you are reviewing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will not approve content that includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal complaints that are unrelated to the general work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Off-topic remarks, unrelated discussions, or promotional content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External links, advertisements, or any form of self-promotion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 Stick to sharing insights about the company\u2019s culture, management, working conditions, career growth, and day-to-day environment. That\u2019s what helps others the most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-be-original\">6. Be original<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All reviews should be original \u2013 no substantial quoted material from other sources, including (but not limited to) websites, e-mail correspondence, other reviews, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-be-careful-with-sensitive-information\">7. Be careful with sensitive information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s an important difference between providing helpful insights and sharing sensitive or restricted information. To protect both yourself and others, please follow these guidelines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Confidentiality: Do not include trade secrets, specific salary numbers or raise percentage, internal company data, proprietary processes, or any confidential business information in your review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Privacy: Do not share personal contact details, names, email addresses, or any other information that could identify you or others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 Stick to describing your work experience in general terms \u2014 what it was like to work there, what could be improved, and what you appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-remember-your-grammar\">8. Remember your grammar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your writing doesn&#8217;t have to be perfect, but we expect you to make an effort. Please do not use excessive capitalisation or punctuation, poor grammar and\/or spelling, improper formatting, nonsense words, repeated words or filler characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-terms-amp-conditions\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Terms_Conditions\"><\/span><strong>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-content-submission\"><strong>1. Content Submission<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By submitting a review, you grant ITviec the right to publish, modify, use, and display the content as part of our platform and services. This includes, but is not limited to, company ratings and reviews, company information, interview reviews, subjective opinions, comments, posts, messages, and other submitted content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Once submitted,<\/strong> your review and rating become part of ITviec\u2019s review ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reviews and ratings you submit will remain on ITviec even if you later delete your ITviec user account. This is to preserve the integrity of our system data, including company ratings, rankings, and review summaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If, after submission, you wish to withdraw or revise a published review,<\/strong> you may contact ITviec to request removal with specific reasons via email support@itviec.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong>: ITviec reserves the right to evaluate and decide on such requests at its sole discretion. Content may be removed only if it does not compromise the integrity and transparency of the platform&#8217;s review system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-standards-and-right-not-to-publish\">2. Standards and right not to publish<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ITviec reserves at its sole discretion the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Edit or decline any review that does not meet its standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove content post-publication if deemed inappropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Common grounds for rejection include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offensive language or poor grammar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect facts or unverifiable claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sensitive or private company information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-constructive feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spamming &amp; untruthful actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-ownership\">3. Ownership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ITviec does not claim ownership in any Content that you submit, but to be able to provide this Content, we have to have certain rights to use such Content in connection with our site. By submitting any Content to ITviec, you grant to us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free, license (with the right to sublicense through unlimited levels of sublicenses) to use, copy, perform, display, create derivative works of, and distribute such Content in any and all media (now known or later developed) throughout the world. You warrant this Content is original work and not covered by any copyright or similar restrictions. No compensation will be paid with respect to the Content that you post through ITviec.
