ITviec guarantees to protect our users&#8217; personal information &amp; will not disclose any kind of your information under any circumstances. If approved, your review will be displayed on the company\u2019s review page on ITviec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-which-language-should-i-use-when-writing-a-company-review\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Which_language_should_I_use_when_writing_a_company_review\"><\/span><strong>4. Which language should I use when writing a company review?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may submit your review in English or Vietnamese. However, if you choose Vietnamese, please ensure the use of full diacritical marks (accents) to maintain readability. Reviews without proper diacritic usage may be rejected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-what-is-the-maximum-quantity-of-reviews-that-can-be-submitted-per-year\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_What_is_the_maximum_quantity_of_reviews_that_can_be_submitted_per_year\"><\/span><strong>5. What is the maximum quantity of reviews that can be submitted per year?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no fixed limit to how many reviews you can submit in total. However, if our system detects excessive submissions that appear spammy, repetitive, or misleading, they may be flagged and reviewed for validity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For each company you\u2019ve worked at, you may submit one approved review every 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe that meaningful feedback should reflect a reasonable period of experience and change. For example, if your review is approved this month, submitting another review for the same company next month would not reasonably capture any new developments or improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-can-a-company-request-to-remove-or-dispute-a-review\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Can_a_company_request_to_remove_or_dispute_a_review\"><\/span><strong>6. Can a company request to remove or dispute a review?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies have the right to report reviews they believe violate ITviec\u2019s guidelines. However, ITviec does not remove reviews simply because they are negative from company&#8217;s perspective. A review will only be removed if it contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>False or misleading information that can be proven inaccurate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hate speech, personal attacks, or offensive language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confidential or sensitive company data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spam or reviews suspected of being manipulated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies can submit a dispute request via email at support@itviec.com or contact the CLT team with valid reasoning and evidence for ITviec\u2019s review team to assess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-can-itviec-modify-or-filter-reviews\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Can_ITviec_modify_or_filter_reviews\"><\/span><strong>7. Can ITviec modify or filter reviews?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ITviec does not alter the meaning of any review. ITviec welcomes both positive and negative reviews \u2014 as long as they are respectful, relevant, and aligned with our community guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We appreciate that you feel comfortable using our platform to share honest feedback. Negative reviews help others understand real workplace challenges and are important for transparency in the IT community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, even a helpful negative review will be rejected if it includes any of the critical following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personal complaints that do not relate to the broader work environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Off-topic remarks, unrelated experiences, or promotional content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External links, advertisements, or self-promotion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Critical reviews must remain professional, constructive, and focused on the actual workplace experience.
