The IT Recruitment Survey 2025-2026 is conducted by ITviec from\u00a0<\/strong>October 21, 2025, to<\/b>\u00a0November 11, 2025.<\/b>\u00a0This survey is for IT recruiters, HR management professionals and C-levels in Vietnam. ITviec greatly values your input and looks forward to enthusiastic participation from the IT recruitment community.<\/p>\n

1. Who can participate in the survey?<\/b>
\n<\/b><\/h3>\n

If you are involved in IT recruitment and HR management related to IT including recruitment specialists, talent acquisition managers, HR managers, technical directors, HR directors, company management (CxO) and business owners, this survey is for you.<\/p>\n

2. What happens when I participate in the survey?<\/b>
\n<\/b><\/h3>\n

When you participate in the survey, you will answer questions based on different branches depending on your responses. After completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to receive exciting rewards from ITviec and our partners.<\/p>\n

3. What will I receive after completing the survey?<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    4. How can I receive the Default reward of 10 VIP Club Points after completing the survey?<\/b><\/h3>\n

    After completing the survey, ITviec will send a notification email about the addition of VIP Club Points to your company\u2019s account. The reward is granted once per company.<\/p>\n

    5. How are the winners of the lucky rewards selected?<\/b><\/h3>\n

    Once the survey closes, ITviec will conduct a random lucky spin to select the lucky companies and individuals to receive the rewards.
    \nThe results will be announced on the ITviec Blog\u00a0on<\/strong> November 25, 2025.<\/b>
    \nIf you are among the lucky winners, you will receive a notification email from ITviec with detailed instructions on how to claim your reward. Each individual who completes the survey will only have one chance to participate in the lucky spin. Each individual can win a maximum of 01 prize.<\/p>\n

    6. How can I receive the top-up of 100,000 VND OR 200.000 VND via mobile number if I win?<\/b><\/h3>\n

    If you win, 100,000 VND or 200.000 VND will be credited to the phone number you provided in the survey\u00a0from November 25, 2025, to December 05, 2025.<\/b>
    \nIn case an incorrect phone number prevents the prize from being delivered, ITviec will contact you via the email address you provided in the survey to update the phone number. If you do not update your phone number\u00a0within 3 working days<\/b>\u00a0of receiving the email, the prize will be transferred to the next lucky winner.<\/p>\n

    7. If multiple people from the same company complete the survey, whose responses will be used in the report?<\/b><\/h3>\n
